To avoid using more than 1 injection machine, external assemblies, welding, and high rejection taxes, VL Moldes developed a tool process that allows with just 1 mold/1 injection machine/2 injection units and a rotary table, join 2 different products, and weld them in one complete injection cycle (1 shot 1 complete product). This is possible by bringing the technology inside the mold, rotating the mold on the ejection side and do self-rotating of the mold on the injection side.
